LEAD AND INSPIRE: SENIOR RETAIL COLLEAGUE – PART-TIME (12 HOURS/WEEK)

Location: St Helens, WA10 1BN
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour (including enhancement when covering management duties)
Hours: 12 hours per week

• Has some experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service—especially in a team leader or keyholder role.
• Can confidently handle responsibility and multitask when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Senior Retail Colleague, you’ll be hands-on and people-focused. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and guiding the team on shift to achieve store standards and targets.
• Delivering friendly, efficient service and helping customers with any queries.
• Ensuring stock is replenished and shelves are neat, tidy, and well-presented.
• Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organisation.
• Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
