At Sia , we work with leading retailers and consumer brands to design their future — from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you’ll work with senior business stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing, commerce, and operational models. This is a multi-tool role where business curiosity, strategic thinking, and bring the transformation to life. Your focus is not limited to one function — instead, you’ll help clients connect the dots across departments and deliver lasting impact. You will: Work on strategic challenges: from defining brand positioning or portfolio strategies to reshaping go-to-market models Support transformation programs: omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operational redesign Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to bring actionable insights to clients Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and the co-creation of recommendations Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level management Projects span a wide range of topics — brand strategy, innovation, customer journeys, trade terms optimization, category growth plans, and more — always tailored to what drives value for the client. Qualifications You have the following qualifications: Around 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in a retail or consumer goods company Strong analytical skills and a good sense of prioritization A fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges and changing environments You can switch between strategic vision and operational detail — and speak both business and numbers fluently You are fluent in Dutch and English A good understanding of the retail/consumer goods ecosystem (brands, retailers, channels, consumer trends) is a strong plus Your benefits: Your development is our priority.
