Stellenbeschreibung Der Senior Retail CS Consultant ist eine erfahrene Individual Contributor-Rolle innerhalb des talentierten regionalen Retail Customer Success HQ-Teams von NIQ. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit der Zentrale eines strategischen globalen Einzelhändlers zusammen und agieren als vertrauenswürdige:r Berater:in, der/die Geschäftsfragen mit datenbasierten Antworten verknüpft. Sie verantworten die Insight-Agenda, machen Analysen zum Kundenverhalten greifbar und stellen eine konsistente länderübergreifende Abstimmung sicher. Ein weiterer Bestandteil der Rolle ist ein sogenannter „Shadow Service“, um die Skalierung von Customer-Analytics-Fähigkeiten (CPS) zu unterstützen. Aufgaben Hauptansprechpartner:in im Customer Success für die Zentrale eines strategischen Einzelhandelspartners und Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen auf Senior-Level. Führung der Insight-Agenda: Übersetzung geschäftlicher Prioritäten in analytische Briefings und Ableitung überzeugender Handlungsempfehlungen. Anwendung fundierter Expertise in Customer Analytics sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Analytics-, Produkt-, RMS-, CPS- und lokalen CS-Teams, um konsistenten Mehrwert zu liefern. Sicherstellung der länderübergreifenden Abstimmung durch schlanke Koordinationsprozesse. Selbstbewusste Zusammenarbeit mit Senior- und C-Level-Stakeholdern sowie Erstellung von präsentationsreifen Executive-Unterlagen. Identifikation kommerzieller Opportunities zur Stärkung und Weiterentwicklung der Partnerschaft. Beitrag zur Skalierung der CPS-Capabilities durch begrenzten Shadow Service und das Teilen von Best Practices. Profil – Anforderungen Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Fundierte Erfahrung in Customer Analytics, Loyalty-Kartendaten, Shopper Insights oder Analyse von Kundenverhalten. Solide FMCG-Expertise sowie Verständnis der Dynamiken zwischen Handel und Herstellern. Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior- und C-Level-Stakeholdern. Erfahrung in der Arbeit über mehrere Länder und Teams hinweg. Hohe analytische Kompetenz (EPOS, RMS, Panel, Loyalty- oder CPS-ähnliche Datensätze). Starke Einfluss- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Fähigkeit, ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis zu führen. Bereitschaft, Kundenhypothesen konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und neue Perspektiven einzubringen, kombiniert mit einer positiven und kreativen Problemlösungsmentalität – sowohl extern beim Kunden als auch intern bei NIQ. Profil – Wünschenswert Erfahrung mit NIQ RMS, CPS, CAS oder Discover. Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, Loyalty-Programmen oder Arbeitsumfeldern auf Retail-Headquarter-Ebene.
