This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Vernon, CA Time) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Our client is seeking a Senior Retail E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead and optimize their Amazon Marketplace and TikTok Shop operations. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies that drive online sales growth through expert merchandising, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships — while ensuring seamless coordination between product, marketing, and fulfillment teams. This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-driven professional with deep retail eCommerce experience and a proven track record in digital fashion marketing. Responsibilities Optimize and manage Amazon Marketplace and TikTok Shop accounts Oversee all product listings, pricing strategies, and digital merchandising Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, TikTok Ads) Develop and manage influencer and affiliate programs Monitor analytics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, profitability) and prepare reports Coordinate with the planning team to ensure accurate listings and timely order fulfillment Manage customer feedback, reviews, and brand reputation across platforms Assist in planning and developing the upcoming Shopify retail website Requirements 5+ years of hands-on retail eCommerce experience (Amazon, TikTok, or Shopify required) Strong knowledge of online merchandising, SEO, and paid advertising Fashion and apparel industry experience required Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Independent Contractor Perks HMO coverage (for eligible locations) Permanent work-from-home setup Immediate hiring ZR_28764_JOB
