SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Retail Sales Lead to join our team on Maui. This role is vital in sharing the experience of ‘Gracious Hawaiian Living’ with our clients while enhancing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock displays.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
• Support training initiatives for new staff members.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A passion for home decor and Hawaiian culture is a plus.
