About the role At Telstra Retail, we’re looking for a Senior Retail Operations & Physical Security Lead, to help protect our people, stores and brand, while keeping our national retail network running smoothly. You’ll sit at the intersection of physical security, retail operations, technology and leadership, with real influence and visibility across the business. Purchased annual leave scheme Additional Telstra day off Additional 30% off Telstra products and services What you’ll be doing Leading the frontline execution of Telstra Retail’s Physical Security Program Driving store‑level security assurance reviews and closing critical findings Supporting rollouts of CCTV, intruder alarms and electronic access control Leading security incidents and investigations end‑to‑end Managing vendor response and holding SLAs to account Leading the Operations Specialist role and influencing via dotted‑line accountability for the Retail IT Service Desk Supporting high‑severity technology incidents impacting stores, including outages and post‑incident reviews.
