• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and drive growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Visual merchandising and product marketing
• Lead and train store staff in product knowledge and merchandising standards
• Receive and process inwards goods, including stock receival and dispatch
• Support general store operations
• Assist customers with retail sales, product, and pricing enquiries
• Load and unload products manually and with a forklift
