Key Responsibilities: Take ownership and accountability for store performance and individual productivity. Support store goal setting and ensure team adherence to productivity and service standards. Lead by example by demonstrating excellent customer service behaviors and approach standards. Resolve customer concerns promptly in-store, partnering with the Store Manager when required. Ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality. Address and resolve team conflicts in a timely and constructive manner. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Utilize training programs to develop team capabilities and provide ongoing coaching. Develop and execute action plans to address business challenges and drive desired results.
