You will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The successful candidate must be available to work (but not limited to) evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
You will also:
· Provide outstanding customer service from initial greeting to the final sale.
· Assess customer needs and provide expert advice about available products.
· Prioritize sales and customer service ahead of all operational activities.
· Demonstrate features and benefits of any product which may complement the sale.
· As part of the store team, maximize store sales by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
· Close sales positively to build customer relationships.
· Continually increase knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout.
· Assist with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe, clean, and well organized.
· Understand and follow all pertinent store operations policies and practices including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
· Must have 1-2 years retail experience.
· Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.

· Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
· Excellent team player and able to work with people on all levels.
