Ihre Hauptaufgaben Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kunden im Schweizer Detailhande Strategisches Management und Entwicklung von Accounts auf Basis strukturierter Account-Pläne (inkl. Stakeholder Mapping, White Spots und Wachstumspotenziale) Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen über verschiedene Organisationseinheiten hinweg sowie Übersetzung in passgenaue NIQ/GfK Lösungen Ausbau bestehender Kundenpartnerschaften durch Cross- und Upselling des gesamten NIQ/GfK Portfolios (z. B.
