We seek an inquisitive, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst experienced in Retention Marketing. This data-centric role is vital for building and maintaining analytics tools and workflows. Candidates who can flex their SQL skill set and analyze essential data to guide decision-making will stand out the most. Responsibilities
  • Own the analytics workstream of the reinvestment budget including optimizing spend, projecting costs, and guiding strategy to improve customer lifetime value
  • Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, and lifecycle metrics to identify key drivers of engagement and churn
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track retention performance, reinvestment, and program ROI
  • Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to design and implement targeted retention initiatives
  • Conduct cohort, segmentation, and behavioral analyses to uncover actionable insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
