Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sr. Retention Programs Specialist, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of customer retention programs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and measurable impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Strategy & Planning: Design and execute data-driven strategies for subscription and loyalty programs. Conduct financial forecasting and manage budgets.
  • Marketing Integration: Partner with brand marketing teams to align retention efforts with broader campaigns and promotional calendars.
  • Program Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of retention tools and platforms. Troubleshoot customer issues and optimize program workflows.
  • Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage external vendors and ensure tools are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze KPIs, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure program alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
