Serves as a lead consultant on medium and large clients and/or second on jumbo clients; works on cross-geography retirement teams and projects. Acts as a mentor and coach by motivating staff to deliver a high standard of work through on-the-job training and development (for example, fosters a team environment, brings staff to client meetings, challenges technical growth and prepares staff to take on more senior roles with their clients; leads R3 coaching sessions). Participates as a significant team member with respect to sales by driving new business proposals and extending the range of services provided to retirement and other lines of business clients as appropriate. Manages project teams and budgets, and applies advanced professional and or technical know-how to client problems and to meet project objectives. Holds significant responsibility for proactive revenue generation of existing clients and contributing in a meaningful way to new business efforts.
