Description

The Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Assurance Professional to oversee and ensure the accuracy of our global revenue recognition processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Assurance, you will serve as our subject matter expert on US GAAP ASC 606 / IFRS 15. Responsibilities : ● Provide expert technical accounting guidance in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition across the business. Specific expertise in evaluating performance obligations, variable consideration, volume discounts, and contract modifications. ● Review complex, high-value customer contracts. Advise on revenue recognition treatment by thoroughly analyzing commercial terms, technical details, and compliance with internal policies. ● Research, interpret, and draft formal technical memos on US GAAP and IFRS. Determine and document the appropriate accounting and financial reporting treatment for new, material, complex, or unusual transactions. ● Perform comprehensive analysis on Unbilled Revenue, Deferred Revenue, and project-specific issues, leveraging this analysis to deliver actionable reports ● Perform revenue checks to identify and prevent revenue leakage. Ensure highly accurate accounting for any revenue adjustments. ● Collaborate seamlessly with Delivery, Business Unit, Pricing, and Controllership teams. Address ad-hoc revenue requests, assist with forecasting, and resolve deal-specific process issues particularly within complex service and technology engagements. ● Provide technical accounting guidance to sales and contracting teams on contract structuring and clause drafting to support compliant revenue recognition and align contractual arrangements with customers' funding plans and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities
