Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Responsible for analyzing finance and revenue data to support fraud detection, revenue assurance, and business growth. Conducts data mining, reporting, and BI analysis (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to identify risks, prevent revenue leakage. Job Description Gather, understand, and analyze detailed business requirements (Finance, Revenue Data) using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies from complex datasets to support fraud detection, revenue assurance, and business growth. Develop, verify, and monitor revenue-related data to ensure accuracy in product/service charges, promotions, and customer offerings. Conduct data mining, create reports/dashboards, and deliver statistically significant insights. Analyze Voice, IDD, and IR service calculations to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance with company rates and conditions. Detect and investigate potential fraud or revenue leakage, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL to analyze large datasets and communicate findings effectively. Support management strategies with risk assessment reports and data-driven recommendations.
