What you will do: As the Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve financial goals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue cycle processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall revenue cycle performance. Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, and collections. Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, payer requirements, and governmental guidelines. Stay abreast of changes in healthcare policies and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing revenue cycle team. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Collaborate with other departments, including finance, IT, and clinical operations, to streamline processes and resolve issues impacting the revenue cycle. Act as a liaison between revenue cycle operations and senior leadership, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations. Evaluate and implement revenue cycle technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize existing systems and explore new solutions to meet evolving business needs.
