We are seeking a Mental Health Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team and take a hands-on role in leading and optimizing our revenue cycle operations, directly contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier, client-centered care.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager will actively manage and execute all aspects of the revenue cycle, with a focus on mental health services. This role requires someone who is hands-on, not just overseeing others, with extensive experience designing and implementing SOPs, ensuring compliance, and following through on process improvements to maximize efficiency and revenue integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 6 years of of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of mental health or behavioral health revenue cycle dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with PracticeQ or similar EHR/PM systems
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and enforcing SOPs
  • Strong hands-on experience in billing, coding, collections, and overall revenue cycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on projects and drive measurable results
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field preferred; advanced certifications a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Directly perform and oversee all revenue cycle operations, including provider credentialing, billing, collections, and denials management, taking an active role in day-to-day processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Design, execute, and maintain SOPs for revenue cycle processes specific to mental health services
  • Build and implement a roadmap for centralization, emphasizing performance improvement, process standardization, and scalable, hands-on operational execution
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead hands-on initiatives to optimize revenue cycle performance
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless workflow and accurate documentation, actively participating in problem-solving and process implementation
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards to track revenue cycle performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reporting to leadership, ensuring actionable insights are followed through
