Description

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting. Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, or business support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to consolidate, synthesize, and report on large volumes of financial data. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and operate in a consultative capacity. Ability to work effectively in a complex, highly matrixed global organization. Familiarity with Hyperion Planning, SAP, and Tableau. MBA or master's degree in a related field. Experience becoming a subject matter expert in financial or reporting systems. Demonstrated drive and ambition to grow into more senior finance roles within the Urology Division.
