THIS ROLE

As our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be part of the Revenue Operations team and will thrive on driving impact and shaping the future of sales operations, contributing significantly to our goal in being the world’s largest employment platform.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Designing and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability of our global sales teams
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss rates, sales cycle length
  • Overseeing the Salesforce CRM and ensure it’s optimized for the sales team’s needs
  • Implementing strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies.
  • B2B/B2B2C Expertise: Experience navigating the complexities of B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments, with a focus on both Direct Sales and Partnerships.

  • Action-Oriented: You’re agile, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
