Role: Senior Revenue Operations Associate
Reports To: Director, Revenue & Product Operations
Location: London
Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 2x/week in their local office, usually Tuesday and Thursday; plus 1 Friday per month. The office is open Tuesday to Friday for associates who would like to use the space more frequently for connections and collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE/KEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience in revenue operations or business analytics roles
  • A problem-solving mentality, with demonstrated ability to understand complex data and identify areas for improved efficiency
  • Highly competent in Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets and Salesloft
  • Experience working with sales and commercial teams
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity to discover what the data is saying
  • Detail orientation
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Senior Revenue Operations Associate at Procurement Leaders is an integral person contributing to the operational efficiency of our commercial teams, ensuring the new business, account management and events teams are using data to inform operational and strategic decisions.
You’ll achieve this through data management and analysis, embedding processes and managing projects that support the Director, Revenue and Product Operations to run an effective commercial engine. This will require you to be the intersection between our marketing, product and commercial teams to ensure reporting, territory management and technology stack alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data management and reporting

  • Maintain data integrity within customer and prospect records in Salesforce.com and other systems
  • Ensure data reporting and dashboards are maintained for visibility across the business
  • Analyse commercial data to spot trends and opportunities
  • Support on data build opportunities, using our stack or AI
  • Work with the Director, Revenue and Product Operations to identify data projects that will improve key sales metrics (eg conversion rates)

Stakeholder management and administration

  • Handle stakeholder queries on data and analytics
  • Maintain administration of data in our CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on data needs and projects which will drive commercial success
  • Administration of users on our commercial tech stack, including SalesNavigator, SalesLoft, Lusha, Apollo

Support for the Director of Revenue and Product Operations

  • Regular updates on data projects
  • Support with regular sales and product usage analysis
  • Supporting on business communications on the effectiveness of data projects
