We are looking for a rare breed: a top-tier strategic thinker who possesses a relentless bias for execution. You live at the intersection of strategy and operations.

  • Consulting Toolkit, Builder’s Mindset: You likely spent 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, where you mastered structured problem-solving, data analysis, and executive communication. Crucially, you then took those skills and applied them in the real world, owning and executing complex projects within a fast-moving commercial organization. You’ve proven you can build what you design.
  • Strategic Architect, Pragmatic Operator: You can zoom out to see the entire commercial ecosystem and identify the highest-leverage opportunities. Then, you can zoom in, roll up your sleeves, and build the solution brick by brick. You create elegant solutions for complex problems, not complex solutions for simple ones.
  • First-Principles Problem Solver: You don’t just fix symptoms; you diagnose and solve root causes. When faced with a challenge, your instinct is to ask “why” and question every assumption until you find the fundamental truth.
  • Radical Ownership: You have an ownership mentality that is absolute. When you are assigned a problem, you own the outcome, the communication, the execution, and the results.
