Description:

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role, ideally within the AI or technology sector (SaaS)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau,BI tools) and experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and account planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales operations with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and account planning. The ideal candidate will excel in utilizing data to inform strategic decisions, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with all customer-facing teams, particularly each of the sales verticals, and with the finance teams to ensure alignment and support our ambitious goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to analyze sales, marketing, and financial data. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable recommendations to optimize revenue strategies. Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and business outcomes.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Establish and facilitate regular forecasting meetings with sales and finance teams to review and discuss revenue forecasts. Ensure the accuracy of forecasting processes through data-driven methodologies and comprehensive analysis. Support budgeting efforts by providing detailed forecasts and financial insights to guide strategic planning.
  • Account Planning & Management: Assist in the development and execution of account planning strategies to drive growth and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective account management and alignment with overall business objectives. Monitor and evaluate account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales processes, ensuring best practices and operational excellence.
