The Senior Review Officer is responsible for assessing complex reviews and presenting high-quality, authoritative, and evidence-based findings to senior audiences to drive service delivery improvements within deadlines.

Some of your duties will include:

• Undertaking assessments and lead complex review activities, including but not limited to death reviews, reviews of major incidents in the youth justice and corrections systems, and thematic reviews
• Preparing timely, high-quality reports, briefings, and correspondence on the findings of assessments, complex deaths, incidents, and thematic reviews
• Adopting a risk-based approach, analysing complex data and information to identify emerging issues and trends and provide innovative and proactive recommendations to influence and strengthen the operation, safety, security and wellbeing of the correctional and youth justice systems.
