POSITION OVERVIEW

Landmark is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Revit Designer to drive the modeling and documentation of water infrastructure projects. This role will act as the subject matter expert, coordinating across disciplines to ensure constructability, consistency, and clarity for both design and field execution.

EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in Autodesk Revit, with extensive work on reinforced concrete structures, automation, and Dynamo.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Revit family creation, view templates, and work-sharing structures.
  • Experience using Inventor, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM 360, Construction Cloud, Vault as an asset.
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable interfacing with field, engineering, and executive teams.

EDUCATION

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architectural/Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive Revit models and construction documentation for complex reinforced concrete structures.
  • Create, maintain, and standardize Revit templates, families, etc. to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with existing standards.
  • Integrate as-built data, redlines, and field feedback into iterative model updates.
  • Collaborate with project manager, engineering groups, operations, and other field teams to translate design intent into buildable models.
  • Mentor and guide other designers and drafters on best practices, quality reviews, and modeling protocols providing hands-on training in Revit.
  • Assist in process improvement and tool optimization across design-delivery workflows.
  • Lead internal design reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve accuracy, efficiency, and constructability of deliverables.
  • Serve as a technical resource for Revit troubleshooting and best practices across project teams and departments.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning by developing how-to guides, process documentation, and internal Revit training materials.
  • Collaborate with engineering and field leadership to align design intent with construction execution, acting as the Revit design team’s point of contact.
