Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of experience in modeling (buildings, not infrastructure): ability to produce high-quality, construction-ready BIM models and plans. Skilled in interdisciplinary coordination (architecture, structure, MEP). Compliance skills: fast learner, able to quickly become familiar with Belgian standards, codes, and our modelling best practices. Good English skills. Motivation: strong drive to continuously improve BIM modeling skills. High attention to detail. Proactive communication. Problem-solving mindset: ability to anticipate issues in complexity and actively communicate them to the team. Time management: effective prioritization under tight schedules and changing project scopes. Adaptability: comfortable with changing teams, Revit templates, and standards, and able to follow them accurately. Collaboration.
