About the role We’re seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance processes, improve data visibility, and inform decision-making across the Go-to-Market organization. On a typical day, you will… Analyze performance across the entire funnel to identify growth opportunities and process inefficiencies. Partner with the RevOps Team to build the systems and insights that keep our growth predictable and our goals on track. Spot bottlenecks and opportunities across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and turn insights into clear actions. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead management, forecasting, and pipeline health tracking. Lead data-driven initiatives to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency. What you’ll need to bring Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or a similar analytical GTM role. Hands-on experience managing data, CRM workflows, and reporting across the full funnel. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot).
