Job Description You will lead the design and implementation of Omio’s total compensation and benefits strategy. We’re looking for a strategic Senior Manager to build compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and engage top talent across Omio Group. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape reward practices across a diverse business. Main tasks and responsibilities: Support the development and day-to-day execution of Omio’s compensation and benefit programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee experience. Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of Omio’s total rewards offerings. • Compile and maintain total rewards data across all Omio locations, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. Contribute to tracking and reporting local legal compliance metrics, including gender pay gap data and UK pension re-enrolment requirements. Assist in maintaining Omio’s compensation structures, salary ranges, bonus frameworks, and equity data. • Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary data analysis using tools such as Excel or relevant platforms. Coordinate and support the annual and off-cycle salary review processes by preparing data templates, managing input, and validating results. Benefits Administration Support the implementation and administration of Omio's employee benefits across multiple geographies, including vendor coordination, enrolment tracking, and communications. Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback and usage data to support benefits enhancements and decision-making. Help prepare communication materials to ensure employees are informed and engaged with their benefits options. Recognition & Well-being Support Assist in the administration and communication of Omio’s recognition programs. Track recognition data and employee engagement metrics to support continuous improvement of well-being and reward initiatives. Performance Management Alignment Work closely with the People team to support the alignment of rewards with performance management processes. Assist in compiling and analyzing performance-related data to support compensation calibration and reward decisions. Employee Communication & Education Help develop and distribute communications that clearly explain total rewards offerings to employees. Provide support materials, FAQs, and documentation to help employees better understand compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. People Data & Analytics Maintain and update people data in relevant HR systems, ensuring accuracy for reporting and compliance. Prepare regular reports and dashboards on compensation, benefits, and recognition metrics to support decision-making. Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR data reporting and insights. Collaborate with People Ops and Finance to provide reward-related data for budgeting and planning cycles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CCP certification or Master’s is a plus. Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role with a strong data focus. Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and employee recognition programs. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) essential; familiarity with Leapsome or similar performance tools is an advantage. Comfortable working with HRIS systems like Workday and people data to generate reports and insights. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. Effective communicator with the ability to present to Executive stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and professional, with a collaborative approach and strong integrity.
