Job Description The Senior Reward Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting reward programs and solutions with a focus on operational excellence, system automation, and process improvement. This role is part of the Reward Solutions team to deliver high-quality reward programs through Workday optimization and operational excellence: Reward Program Delivery & Operations: Execute annual reward cycles; administer day-to-day processes; maintain data integrity in Workday.​ System Configuration & Automation: Support Workday configuration changes; test system enhancements and validate quality; document processes and updates.​ Data Analysis & Insights: Generate standard reports; maintain databases; conduct data quality checks and basic analysis.​ Innovation & Technology Solutions: Support identification of automation opportunities; support implementation of automation tools; create documentation.​ Project Management & Execution: Assist on projects; coordinate activities and track deliverables; participate in process improvements.​ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Respond to inquiries on reward policies; support People Partners; coordinate with People Operations and Finance. Qualifications You'll bring to the team 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in Total Rewards, alternatively in Finance, Analytics, or Project Management roles. Technical Skills & Systems: You possess experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred); solid Excel skills; and willingness to learn automation tools.​ Reward & Compensation Expertise: You already have a basic understanding of compensation principles and reward program administration. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: You are detail-oriented with good analytical abilities; you love to apply a systematic approach to quality control.​ Interpersonal & Communication Skills: We're looking for good communication skills and the ability to explain policies clearly. Professional German and English language skills will complete your profile.
