Job Title Senior Rewards & Performance Expert (m/f/d) About the Job We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Rewards & Performance Expert to join our Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team in the People Function. As a senior member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization. What you do Work in collaboration with Rewards & Performance Global team to drive compensation and performance management initiatives for the entire organization. Develop and manage global performance management systems and processes. Facilitate training and communication to ensure effective implementation and understanding of performance management tools. Analyze data related to compensation and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all global locations, ensuring consistency and fairness and compliance to our global frameworks and standards. Lead change management initiatives related to rewards and performance systems, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization. Explore new tools and practices to enhance efficiency in the Rewards & Performance function (e.g. GenAI, automation) and participate in / lead ad hoc projects, perform independent in-depth analysis and present findings to senior management. Assist with the preparation of annual performance and compensation review cycle as well as ongoing support related to all governance related topics. Provide expert guidance and support to HR business partners and senior leadership on all matters related to rewards and performance management. What you bring Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management, including significant exposure to managing compensation across multiple regions. Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills (and advanced level MS Excel skills) with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions. Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high level of integrity and demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Proven experience in developing and implementing global policies and systems. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and consultative skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting. Fluent in English (verbal and written) Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
