JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and implement competitive salary structures aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Manage performance management programs, ensuring alignment with compensation strategies.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and ensure pay equity across the organization.
• Provide data analysis and insights on compensation trends, employee performance, and reward effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and improve reward strategies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in compensation and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits design, and performance management systems.
• Proficient in data analysis (Excel, HRIS) and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
