We’re looking for an experienced Senior Risk & Resilience Advisor to lead and uplift risk maturity across Watercare. In this high‑impact role, you’ll work closely with our GM Risk & Assurance and senior leaders to strengthen how we manage strategic risk, build organisational resilience, and prepare for both foreseeable and unforeseen events. He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role Lead the development and embedding of enterprise risk frameworks (ISO31000). Coach leaders and risk champions to uplift capability. Provide high‑quality risk insights and reporting to Executive and Board levels. Lead resilience exercises and build organisational readiness for extreme events. Develop and test business continuity and contingency plans. Facilitate operational and project risk workshops. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you 10+ years senior risk management experience in large, complex organisations. Strong knowledge of enterprise risk practices and ISO31000. Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and relationship skills. Ability to stay calm, positive and effective under pressure. Relevant tertiary qualification; professional memberships desirable.
