About Corporate Group

Corporate Group is a Dubai-based audit, tax, and advisory consultancy firm serving clients across the UAE and GCC region. With a vision to transform organizations into better businesses, we craft solutions that help businesses navigate complexities and transform by using tested frameworks and methodologies paired with a customer-centric, boutique approach to advisory.

Job Purpose

To manage and support risk advisory engagements for Corporate Group's clients spanning ERM design, ICoFR, SOX implementation and testing, and risk-based internal audit owning delivery end-to-end, managing senior client relationships, and mentoring a team of associates and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ERM frameworks (risk registers, risk appetite statements, escalation protocols) aligned to regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
  • Own ICoFR engagements overseeing process documentation, control identification, design and operating effectiveness testing, and reporting of control deficiencies to audit committees and senior management.
  • Direct SOX implementation and testing programmes, including test plan design, walkthroughs, sample-based testing, and remediation tracking to closure.
  • Conduct and review risk assessments across finance, operations, procurement, and IT functions; deliver risk-rated findings with practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for engagement scoping, delivery, and reporting.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of associates and analysts on testing methodology, workpaper quality, and client communication.
  • Present findings, control deficiencies, and remediation roadmaps to boards, audit committees, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support business development for the Risk Advisory practice — proposal drafting, scoping discussions, and identifying opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Ensure engagement quality, budget management, and timely delivery across concurrent projects.
  • Stay current on IFRS updates, regulatory changes, and governance frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) relevant to Corporate Group's client base.
