Description

Are you passionate about IT Compliance and Cyber Security? Do you want to work in the green offshore wind industry where your skills and expertise will help secure a sustainable future based on renewable energy? Then keep reading – Cadeler is looking for an IT Senior Risk & Compliance Manager with your skills and interests!
Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to help promote a strong security culture across the business.
What will you do?
As our new Senior Risk & Compliance Manager, you will combine high-level ownership of the cybersecurity and compliance frameworks with practical, operational execution of key activities within the area. Furthermore, ensure that reporting materials and IT security controls meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external auditors and regulatory frameworks.

Your main tasks include:

  • Map, define, design, and oversee the execution of cybersecurity controls, processes, and audits.
  • Running reports, validating controls, conducting reviews, or managing incidents.
  • Navigate and formalize the division of responsibilities between IT and Marine Operations (OT) for all cyber risk-related areas
  • Ensure the organization is prepared through updated IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, including periodic drills.
  • Develop and run training and awareness programs, including phishing campaigns.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor on cyber security and compliance topics for the broader IT team.

To succeed in this role
Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.
We are looking for a strong communicator who thrives in being a problem-solver and taking responsibility for own tasks.

We think you will be a good match if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science and/or Information Technology.
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT with increasing areas of responsibility.
  • Proven experience with projects or achievements within the Cyber Security area.
  • Strong understanding of network and infrastructure technologies, cloud environments (MS365, Azure), and E5 Security suite.
  • Hands-on experience managing or auditing frameworks such as SOX IT controls, CIS18, or equivalent.
  • People skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in speaking and written English.

Come work with us!
By becoming a Cadeler employee, you will be part of a rapidly growing company with a diverse and energetic team. We offer an exciting position focused on delivering excellence in the face of interesting new challenges, within a positive and rewarding work environment in an international company with great development possibilities.
