What the day will look like System Ownership & Technical Administration: Oversee d‑Risk system maintenance (patches, upgrades, version control, stability) and conduct UAT for new releases. Configure workflows, forms, notifications, and automation. Monitor performance, uptime, data integrity, drive optimization and digitalization, and ensure SLA compliance with the vendor. User Management & Vendor Collaboration : Act as the main liaison with the US‑based d‑Risk vendor. Manage the full user lifecycle (accounts, roles, permissions, deactivation) and support onboarding, training, and adoption for ~100 users across 12 EMEA countries. Provide daily technical support, gather user feedback, and lead change management for new releases and features. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics: Produce and customize risk reports, dashboards, data extracts, and management insights. Deliver client‑ready reporting supporting Risk Control Engineering and ensure consistency and data accuracy across EMEA. Documentation System & Process Governance: Ensure effective use of the d‑Risk documentation system across EMEA. Support risk surveys, templates, documentation standards, follow‑up of risk recommendations, and maintain high data quality in cooperation with the ABS client data team. Asset Valuation & Project Tracking: Support Asset Valuation by coordinating third‑party proposals, tracking project delivery, logging completed projects, and ensuring compliance with quality and documentation requirements. Financial & Supplier Coordination: Manage EMEA invoicing and internal off‑charging. Coordinate with supplier contract holders to ensure proper vendor and contract management. Skills and experience that will lead to success Background in Technology, Engineering, or Technical disciplines, and/or experience in Property, Construction, Technical Underwriting, Fire Protection, Risk Engineering, or Risk Surveys. Strong affinity for digitalization, applications, and data‑driven workflows. Experience in system administration, workflow configuration, and change management preferred. High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high‑quality delivery. Excellent communication skills; outgoing and capable of building a strong, cross‑regional network across Europe. Ability to conduct training sessions for diverse user groups. Strong client‑service mindset, proactive, and solution‑oriented. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
