Monitor and assess geopolitical, regulatory, and national security developments impacting the organization. Identify emerging threats from government actions, sanctions, and policy changes, and evaluate their potential business impact. Translate technical and geopolitical risks into clear, business-relevant narratives. Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Business Units to align risk mitigation strategies. Conduct threat assessments on foreign intelligence and nation-state threat actors. Collect and analyze data on emerging technologies, supply chain risks, and entities of concern. Analyze proposed partnerships, conduct enhanced due diligence, and escalate suspicious concerns. Identify trends and threats that could impact organizational strategy, leveraging comprehensive due diligence research techniques. Assist in development of risk management frameworks and methodologies. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Recommend controls and procedures to reduce risk exposure. 5+ years experience in intelligence or counterintelligence analysis (government/military), as well as private sector experience in commercial threat intelligence and strategic risk management or related field OR equivalent experience. Experience with competitive intelligence methodologies and commercial risk analysis. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance. Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, International Business, or related specialty field (Master's preferred). Advanced degree in Intelligence or National Security Studies. Foreign language proficiency relevant to current geopolitical threats. Experience with private sector insider risk programs. Analytical and Investigative Thinking: Ability to identify and analyze complex risks. Attention to Detail: Critical in detecting false positives/negatives in trend analysis. Risk Management: Ability to recommend mitigating actions and implement across the enterprise with stakeholders. Proficiency in counterintelligence tradecraft, analytic standards, and methodologies. Adversary collection methods and foreign intelligence operations. Familiarity with national security issues and interagency processes.
