The Enterprise Non-Trading Market Risk (ENTMR) team is a part of the Treasury Risk Oversight second line of defense organization. Treasury Risk Oversight is responsible for providing independent oversight and challenge of the Bank’s capital, liquidity, and non-trading market risk (or interest rate risk in the banking book).

The role requires an individual with experience and/or knowledge of treasury and risk management functions at a financial institution and would benefit from experience with QRM (quantitative risk management software).
Reporting to the AVP, Enterprise Non-Trading Market Risk, the Senior Risk Manager will lead a team of risk managers and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the team. The accountabilities of the Senior Risk Manager role include, but are not limited to:
