YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • MSc or PhD in a quantitative field
  • 10+ years’ experience in risk management, preferably in construction or infrastructure
  • Solid experience with tactical risk management and quantitative tools
  • Skilled collaborator across disciplines – finance, legal, engineering, etc.
  • Comfortable leading or mentoring junior analysts and collaborating across disciplines

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Senior Risk Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing risk management concepts across major construction projects, including the M4 extension, new M5 line, and upgrades of M1/M2.
You’ll drive the risk process from early concept to execution – covering design, procurement, insurance, and contractor engagement. You will join the Secretariat and Risk Unit and collaborate closely with colleagues in Team Risk to align practices and share knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Subject matter expert in complex infrastructure projects
  • Apply a broad risk toolbox across all project phases in line with ISO 31000
  • Develop and maintain cost-risk-benefit models
  • Ensure alignment between project risks and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Drive a culture of risk awareness and mentor junior team members
