Your responsibilities in this position:

- You will support the further development of Enterprise Risk Management and actively shape group-wide risk management.

- You will address key risk management topics such as risk strategy, risk assessment, risk-bearing capacity, and stress tests.

- You will further develop existing risk methods, models, and processes and contribute to modern and future-oriented risk management.

- You will prepare risk analyses and reports for management, internal committees, and other relevant stakeholders.

- You will provide support with regulatory issues, particularly in the context of EMIR, as well as with recovery and resolution planning processes.

- You will work closely with internal departments, auditors, regulatory authorities, and international stakeholders and serve as a competent point of contact.

What you bring to the table:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, mathematics, physics, macroeconomics or a comparable qualification

- Several years of professional experience in risk management, enterprise risk management, risk controlling or a comparable environment at a CCP, bank, auditing firm or consulting firm

- Sound knowledge of banking and CCP regulations as well as experience in risk modeling and quantification

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex issues in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner

- Confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders

- Fluent English skills and a strong team orientation
