YOUR CHALLENGE

• Conducting daily risk monitoring including investment restriction control and eligibility checks of intended investments and - if deemed to be necessary - escalation in case of unclear situations
• Respecting and enforcing the rules as set out in the documented Risk Management Process ("RMP") including providing input for enhancement and improvement of the RMP
• Ongoing monitoring and improvement of the relevant internal procedures and policies
• Drafting risk reports for senior management and BoD of the ManCo/AIFM and BoD of the structures under management
• Drafting risk reports for the funds under management and seeking for approval thereof
• Drafting reports for authorities in strict accordance with timelines and content requuirements
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders, e.g. investment managers, administrators, auditors etc.
• Assistance in onboarding of new projects and launch/migration of new funds
• Assistance in risk related projects and working groups
• Maintenance and updating of relevant working documentation and process descriptions
