WHERE DO YOU FIT IN?

We’re looking for a seasoned risk and compliance Senior Manager who is outcomes driven and can identify, predict, and understand our risks and obligations, not just the process. You should have a passion for finding better ways to enable agile teams to manage risk and compliance as part of your everyday, with a focus on automation. You have experience-solving complex problems and are comfortable diving into the detail. Working as part of a collaborative team, some of your accountabilities will include:

• Ensuring activities are within risk appetite and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Building and maintaining risk management in a scalable cloud-based environment.
• Leading on end-to-end solutions, ensuring risk is built in at day one.

• Assess and manage risks and compliance for our existing and new ventures, ensuring activities are within risk appetite and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist with building and maintaining risk and compliance requirements for teams deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Work with range of technology and business experts on end-to-end solutions ensuring risks are understood and managed.
• Build exceptional relationships with stakeholders in our ventures and the wider group.
• Be part of a collaborative team adopting and promoting best practices.
