Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. We are inviting applications for the position of Senior Road and Paving Engineer to support our infrastructure projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in road, highway, and paving engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior position.
• Strong knowledge of road construction materials, pavement design, and asphalt technology.
• Familiarity with international standards (AASHTO, ASTM, BS, etc.) and local authority regulations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of road and paving projects in accordance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Review and approve design drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to roads, highways, and paving works.
• Supervise site works, ensuring proper execution of asphalt paving, subgrade preparation, and road marking activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor quality control and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and recommendations for project improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and inspection teams.
