B&N Senior Roadway Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Perform the engineering design and production of roadway projects for public agencies, including the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Maricopa County (MCDOT), and others. ADOT experience is preferred.
  • Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm
  • Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
  • Represent B&N in meetings and professional organizations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program required
  • PE registration in the State of Arizona required or the ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
  • Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with design software packages (i.e. OpenRoads, Civil3D) expected for work with Arizona public agencies
