Candidates will design and implement autonomy solutions across diverse robotic platforms, driving innovation in multi-robot coordination, motion planning, and adaptive control. Ideal candidates will have a strong background developing complex software systems in robotics. AI/ML, or automation. Responsibilities Develop scalable autonomy solutions for heterogeneous robotic systems operating in dynamic environments Design and implement algorithms for: Multi-robot task allocation Motion planning and high-dimensional path optimization Adaptive process control and decision-making Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code with full test coverage Conduct rigorous testing across simulation environments and field deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomy modules into large-scale software systems Qualifications Education Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Experience Required 5+ years of experience developing complex software systems in robotics, AI/ML, or automation Strong proficiency in C++ with a deep understanding of object-oriented design and performance optimization Hands-on experience with robotics planning frameworks or advanced control algorithms Proven track record of working in large codebases and delivering production-level software Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, ROS, Webots) and field testing methodologies is a plus Some travel to client sites required - Up to 30%
