Description
Your job: Develop plugins and interfaces for integrating Festo End-of-Arm Tools into major robotic ecosystems (e.g. industrial robot APIs such as FANUC, ABB, UR) Advance GripperAI (model-free grasping in productive 24/7 use), including, CAD-based matching and Continuous physical learning Robust real-time perception with sensor-fusion Prototype and evaluate next-generation approaches (e.g., Vision-Language-Action models) for robotic manipulation Build and optimize the dataset and end-to-end ML training pipeline Ensure reliable deployment in industrial environments (latency, robustness, scalability)   Your qualification: Degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or similar Hands-on experience in computer vision / robotic manipulation Proven experience in training AI Modules, building and optimizing end-to-end ML training pipelines Experience in robotics software development (ROS/ROS2 or comparable) is a plus Solid programming skills in Python and C++ Basic frontend UI skills (e.g. Angular) are a plus Experience deploying systems in real-world or industrial environments is advantageous Experience with bin picking, grasp planning, or point cloud processing is preferred Exposure to industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, UR) is a plus
