JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Robotics Sales Engineer (Material Removal) reporting to the Vice President of Sales Engineering to support our sales efforts and drive business growth in the robotic material removal sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of material finishing and abrasives, fond knowledge of manufacturing and a proven track record in account management and sales.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the robotic material removal market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and while helping to provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our world class solutions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitive analysis to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the robotics or automation industry, specifically in material removal applications is considered a major asset.
  • Strong technical understanding of robotic systems and material removal processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
