ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 3+ years of full-time industry experience in C++ development, ideally with hardware integration experience
• Proven track record of working on larger C++ projects with a strong technical focus
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with version control systems, collaborative development tools, and agile software development practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Based in Munich or open to relocating

BENEFICIAL SKILLS

• Experience with automation systems and robotics is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is beneficial
• Knowledge of networking technologies is a plus
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in German or Chinese (written and verbal) is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer (m/f/d) at Agile Robots, you will be an integral part of a skilled team, working to create and refine our innovative robot programming solutions. You will also help improve the integration of hardware components into the runtime of our software, contributing to the future of robotic technology

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on-site at our headquarters in Munich to develop and maintain our web-based robot programming platform
• Collaborate with a large product team to enhance and expand the runtime system
• Integrate new hardware into our robots, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our technology
• Participate in large-scale projects and see the direct impact of your contributions.
• Contribute to a scalable and maintainable codebase in modern C++, strengthening the core foundation of our software
