Website: https://makersmuse.in Role Overview We are looking for passionate and experienced educators to join our team as Senior STEM Trainers. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills, prior teaching experience, and expertise in STEM technologies including coding, robotics, and electronics. As a Senior STEM Trainer, you will conduct interactive STEM sessions for school students, mentor junior trainers, and contribute to curriculum execution and innovation initiatives. This is a dynamic role involving school sessions, workshops, events, and travel across different cities to ensure smooth program operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 1–10. • Teach Coding, Robotics, and Electronics through hands-on learning. • Create and maintain technical and official documentation. • Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement. • Guide students in projects, competitions, and innovation challenges. • Conduct STEM workshops, demonstrations, and special events. • Coordinate with school teachers and administrators. • Mentor and support Junior STEM Trainers. • Travel to different cities and schools as required. • Develop innovative educational resources for students. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching and management experience. • Prior teaching experience in STEM-related subjects is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of Coding, Robotics, and Electronics. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. • Ability to engage students through activity-based learning methods. • Willingness to travel extensively for school programs and workshops.
