Job Description: Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Translate business processes into robust automation solutions using RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards in automation projects. Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize bot performance. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Collaborate with architects to integrate RPA with AI/ML, OCR, APIs, and ERP/CRM systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies in Intelligent Automation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment. Strong knowledge of UiPath (preferred) or other major RPA tools. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or VB for advanced automation needs. Experience with databases (SQL), APIs, and workflow orchestration tools. Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and Document Understanding. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have (Optional) UiPath Solution Architect certification. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for automation deployment. Experience leading automation projects or managing small RPA teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to deployment and support. Translate business processes into automation solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with architects.
