Function Description / Professional Tasks As a Senior RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and scale intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency across business processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build robust solutions, and support the adoption of RPA across the organization. What you can do: − You independently develop new RPA processes and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand − Collection and validation of the software-specific requirements and various applications (database, backend, frontend, web applications) − Connections to API or web service interfaces of other applications − Maintenance and further development of existing RPA solutions − Support analysis and advice on the automation potential of existing business processes − Support the Citizen Development program with trainings and support Personal Skills and Education What you bring: − More than 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function − Experience in software development/programming and good knowledge of at least one common programming language such as Java, C# or .Net − Experience working with RPA tool UiPath −Solid understanding of UI elements, APIs (SOAP, REST) and database interfaces − Good knowledge of databases (Oracle/MS SQL) is an advantage − Solution-oriented personality with an independent way of working − Distinct customer orientation − Team player with a networked and analytical mindset Education − (Business) IT training at university or technical college level Language Skills − English oral and written − Optional: German oral (and written) Additional Comments − Willingness to travel − Hybrid Model: One day a week @office (mandatory) Why us?
