ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior RPA Developer and Technical Lead to join a state government agency’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of UiPath automation solutions while mentoring a team of developers.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in UiPath with a strong software development background and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure RPA solutions that meet business needs across the agency.
Please note: This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be local to the Atlanta, GA area and available for in-person meetings as directed by the client.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement scalable, enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team, guiding them in best practices.
• Mentor and support junior RPA developers, including performing code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend tools and strategies for efficiency.
• Oversee UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.
• Implement DevOps practices for RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using tools like GitHub.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution designs and operational procedures.
